工作內容：
Prepare and submit customs declaration documents for fuel cargoes.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant shipment processing.
Maintain shipment records and ensure accuracy of all supporting documents.
Monitor shipment status and support issue resolution related to customs or documentation.
