崗位職責

協同業務部門、內部 IT 團隊及外部供應商推進項目實施、問題解決及持續改進。
結合財務領域智能化發展方向，參與 AI 應用場景建設，支持大模型、AI Agent、知識庫問答等能力與現有系統的集成應用。

任職要求

本科及以上學歷，計算機、軟件工程、等相關專業。
具備 3 年及以上企業應用系統開發相關經驗。
具備較強的業務理解能力，能夠獨立分析需求并轉化為系統實現方案。
熟練掌握JAVA作為主流開發語言，如具備Python、C# 等為加分項。
熟悉Redis、RocketMQ/RabbitMQ、Kafka等主流中間件的使用和基本原理。
熟悉數據庫開發與應用，具備大數據開發、數據建模、數據清洗及報表開發相關經驗。
熟悉Mysql數據庫的基本原理和SQL調優。
具備較強的問題分析與解決能力，能夠支持系統開發、測試、上線及日常維護工作。
具備良好的溝通協調能力、責任心和團隊協作意識，能夠與業務部門、供應商及內部團隊高效協同。
有財務系統、ERP、工作流系統或企業內部業務系統經驗者優先。
有 AI 應用開發、大模型接入、知識庫集成、智能問答或 Agent 場景實踐經驗者優先。


Position Summary
This role supports the company’s digital transformation initiatives and is primarily responsible for the development of internal business applications, database-related work, and day-to-day technical support. The position is expected to ensure timely response to business needs and stable system delivery. Over time, and in line with business priorities, the role may expand to cover system integration, finance-related application development, and AI-enabled solution integration.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain internal business applications to continuously improve system support for business operations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes and requirements, and participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization.
Perform database-related development, SQL scripting, data processing, and troubleshooting to support system operations and business use cases.
Support interface development and system integration to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange across applications.
Provide day-to-day technical support, including issue investigation, defect fixing, release support, and technical documentation maintenance.
Collaborate with business teams, internal IT teams, and external vendors to drive implementation, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.
