Job Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for cross border and domestic Pooling products, from designing products scheme and consistently manage the end to end implementation project, well manage related stakeholders and lead to a good result of the project which is recognized by clients.
2. Ensure that policies and procedures effectively implemented and business adjective are achieved.
3. Accurately understand client needs and assist sales personnel with sales activities for deposits, online banking, and settlement products.
4. Manage a good deal handover received from sales, well understand the solutions, client’s business process, define and agree with client on the project plan and milestones.
5. Arrange regular project meeting with key stakeholders from internal and external for tracking the projects.
6. Walk through with client and assist them to complete related documentation. Negotiate terms in the documents with the client if necessary.
7. Provide user training to online banking users.
Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years experience on RM or cash management business in China, preferably in a global financial institution.
2. Good understanding of the cash management products in China, local market nuances and regulations.
3. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese – written and verbal
4. Good skill for office softwares, such as PPT, EXCEL, WORD.
5. Master / University Degree education level.
6. PMP is preferred.
