服務(wù)描述/ Brief description of service :

Main Duties:

1. Evaluation and selection of fragrances - Identify key fragrance trends. - Provide commercially winning fragrances. - Coordinating/participating in evaluation process.

2Management of Briefs/Projects - Interpretation of briefs - Manage all internal aspects of briefs Liaise with the Application/Creation Lab and Communicate with other development centers Meeting deadlines. - Involvement in customer visits on need basis.

3. Effective Fragrance Library Management - Identify fragrance gaps in library - Fill up the gaps with existing fragrances in other Regions and whenever applicable work pro-actively with Perfumers to fill up these gaps

4. Interaction With Perfumers - Establish a common communication platform with Perfumers. - Offer perfumers with accurate evaluation comments - Interpretation of fragrance trends. - Evaluation and directing development of existing fragrance ideas or in some cases new ideas.

5. Marketing/Product Familiarity - Awareness of needs, trends and consumer habits of all target. markets and monitoring changes. - Identify interesting fragrance directions from key product launches for Perfumers to create interpretations. - Familiarity of life cycle of products and trends to predict future directions.

- Bachelor degree

- Mandarin Speaking and fluent in English

- 1-3 years relevant experience with proved business contribution
